These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of holdempro.app and its associated services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Holdem Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Holdem Pro is an educational poker strategy training tool. It provides GTO-based drills, hand simulations, quizzes, and performance analytics intended solely for learning purposes. Nothing in the Service constitutes gambling, real-money wagering, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

Free play does not require an account. To purchase and use Premium features, you create an account with your email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@holdempro.app if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & licenses

Subscription access

A Premium subscription (monthly or annual) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while your subscription remains active. Premium access is tied to your account — there is no license key to lose, and your access is restored whenever you sign in with an active subscription.

Billing & cancellation

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for first-time buyers. To request a refund, reply to your purchase confirmation email or contact support@holdempro.app within 7 days. Subscription renewals after the initial period are not eligible for refunds.

All content, software, graphics, and data comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Holdem Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your license to use the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

The Service is an educational tool. We make no representation that use of the Service will improve your results in real-money poker games.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holdem Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms periodically; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
