The Professor is HoldemPro's free coach who silently watches you play real hands on the free play page and diagnoses your single biggest leak from your actual decisions — not a quiz. After about 15 hands he tells you what's costing you the most and refers you to the HoldemPro specialist coach for that exact leak. No account needed — just start playing.

For free play, no — your progress saves in your browser on this device. With a free account, your leak quiz results and leak progress also save to your account, so they follow you across devices. Premium requires an account so your access stays tied to you (not a key that can be lost) and works everywhere you sign in.

Preflop charts are sourced from published solver outputs (GTOWizard / Upswing simplified) — close enough to optimal for training purposes. Postflop spots use bucketed heuristics; we're transparent that they're not solver-exact, but they're principled and useful.

100bb 6-max NLHE cash. Stack-size presets cover 50bb, 100bb, and 200bb depths. The math generalizes well to most online cash games.

Your hand history and drill scores on that device are gone. If you're signed in, your leak quiz results and leak progress are saved to your account and come back when you sign in again, and your Premium status lives on your account too.

Go to Review & Stats and tap Reset stats in the top right. This permanently deletes your hand history, drill scores, leak quiz results and leak progress (on this device and, if you're signed in, in your account). Your account and Premium aren't affected. Hand history and drill scores are stored per device, so if you play on more than one, reset on each.

Yes. We don't host real-money games — we're a study tool. Poker training software is legal globally. Real-money play depends on your jurisdiction; this app makes no recommendation either way.

If you create an account, we store your email and Premium status (via Supabase and Stripe). Otherwise we collect privacy-friendly usage analytics, and when you arrive from one of our ads we use Meta's standard ad-measurement (Pixel and Conversions API). We store a short anonymous summary of each hand you play (position, how far it went, result and any leak flagged) to improve the coaching and our published research, but never full hand histories, and we never sell your data. Both monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the Stripe customer portal linked in your confirmation email. Access runs to the end of your billing period — no partial refunds, but a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
