The Mirror: your real range, on the chart

Every range chart shows you what you should play. The Mirror shows you what you actually play — rebuilt from your own hands, overlaid on the standard 6-max chart, one cell at a time. Orange cells you open too often. Blue cells you fold too much. Fog where it hasn't seen enough hands to judge.

How the Mirror works

It only speaks when it has evidence. A cell gets a verdict after the Mirror has seen that hand in that position at least 3 times. Until then it stays in fog of war — playing more hands literally reveals more of your own map.

Every verdict comes with receipts. Click any colored cell and see the exact dated hands behind it — what you held, what you did, what it cost. No black-box scores; you can audit every claim it makes about your game.

The cost layer ranks your leaks. Deviations are weighted by how many combos the hand has and how premium it is, so the Mirror points at the mistake that matters most first — then hands you the drill that targets it.

The Leak Map: how a population really plays

The same deviation grid, aggregated across every consenting player: an anonymized map of where low-stakes players as a group open too loose and fold too much versus the standard chart. When it publishes, your personal Mirror gains a "vs the field" layer — see whether your leaks are the common ones or uniquely yours.

It goes live once 100 players have contributed, with the full methodology published alongside it — the same standard as our player research. Contribution is opt-in, uses only 169-bucket hand keys (never hole cards or hand histories), and can be paused at any time.

Common questions

How can I analyze my own poker game for free?

Play hands at HoldemPro's free practice table, then open the Mirror. It rebuilds your personal preflop range from the decisions you actually made — every raise, limp, and fold — and overlays it on the standard 6-max opening chart, cell by cell. Cells where you diverge from the chart are colored (orange = you play it more than the chart, blue = less), and each verdict comes with receipts: the dated hands that produced it. No signup is needed to see your first mirror.

What is a poker range analyzer and how does the Mirror work?

A range analyzer compares the range of hands you play in a spot to a baseline range. The Mirror uses the standard 6-max 100bb opening charts as the baseline and your own played hands as the data. For each of the 169 starting hands it computes how often you raised, limped, or folded from each position, and only issues a verdict once it has seen a hand at least 3 times — below that, cells stay in fog. It never guesses: every colored cell is backed by hands you can inspect.

What is the Leak Map?

The Leak Map is HoldemPro's anonymized population range map: the same cell-by-cell deviation grid as the personal Mirror, but aggregated across all consenting players. It shows where low-stakes players as a group open too loose or too tight versus the chart. It publishes once 100 players have contributed, with the methodology published alongside it. Contribution is opt-in for signed-in players and can be paused at any time.

Does the Mirror see my hole cards or share my hands?

Your individual hands stay in your browser and your account. The Mirror is computed from your local hand history. If you opt in to the Leak Map, only 169-bucket hand keys (like 'A9o from UTG: raised') are contributed — never full hole cards, never hand histories, never anything traceable to you — and you can pause contribution whenever you want.
